Tania360 provides online coaching services via video calls, phone calls, and/or email. These services are aimed at helping individuals achieve personal and professional goals. The specific details of coaching sessions, such as timing and scope, will be determined during the booking process.
2. Payment Terms
Clients are required to pay for coaching services in advance through the provided payment methods (e.g., Stripe). All prices are listed on our website and are subject to change. Payments are non-refundable, except in cases outlined in our Refund Policy.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule sessions with at least 24h notice. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24h notice will not be refunded or credited. In the event Tania360 needs to cancel a session, we will provide the opportunity to reschedule or offer a full refund for that session.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of coaching, refunds are generally not offered once a session has been delivered. Refunds may be provided at Tania360’s discretion in cases of:Service disruptions caused by Tania360.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for attending coaching sessions on time. Failure to attend a scheduled session without proper notice will result in the session being forfeited without refund.Clients are expected to actively participate in sessions, set goals, and work on agreed action steps. The results of coaching depend on the client’s commitment and effort.
6. Confidentiality
All personal information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential unless the client consents to its disclosure or disclosure is required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tania360 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Coaching is not therapy, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
8. Modification of Term
Tania360 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website. It is the client’s responsibility to review these terms periodically.
